Du genre Similosodus sg. Transversesodus (segment antennaire 3 = 4 )

Bon, les lobes à peine plus longs que les joues...et avec la clé de Breuning, il n'y a que S.(Tr.) strandi qui est une espèce de ...Sibérie. Donc ?

Deux espèces ont été décrites depuis Breuning (1963), et comme ce n'est aucune d'elles...Mais il est sans doute trop tard pour la décrire .

Similosodus (Transversesodus) strandi (Breuning, 1938) is a species from "Sibirien" (= Sibérie in french), Russia, following Breuning monographia and Titan database.

I suspected this is a sort of a mistake. I am pretty sure there is no Similosodus in Siberia (if really Russian Siberia is meant). One can see the list of Cerambycidae of the former USSR here.
