The aspect seems to belong to the Obriini.
Have you taken a picture of the ventral side?

The genus Longipalpus is distinguishable from Pseudiphra by long frons, large ommatidium and elytra which becomes wider towards the apex (Ohbayashi & Niisato 2007).

The third character (elytra) does not seems to me real: Pseudiphra also has enlarged elytra (here).
The true character of the eyes is not detectable from a picture.
