It strangely resembles to some strange Mesosini such as Planodes...

Its really a nice sps I'v never seen, I think its a Lamiini and resembles to Macrochenus and Pseudomacrochenus.

Using Breuning's key, it belongs clearly to Nanohammus, as jplami said.

Please don't use Breunings keys to decide anything could be completely wrong, the former Dr. Hieke from Berlin told me sometimes Breuning described species without open the drawers so much for the differentiation features.
