I thank it is Ebaeides.
E. arcuosus Holzschuh, 1998 is described from Tonkin, but I have not the description.

I think it is Athylia signata (Pic, 1926) . Very bad picture of the type specimen available here

Their antennaes are consistent in character£¬Let me hazard a wild guess£ºEbaeides arcuosus (Holzschuh, 1998) = Athylia signata (Pic, 1926) £¿but the Genus in which should be placed is confused for me.
I have seen this species in Guangxi years ago£¬though I haven't got it.
