Prosoplus evidently.
With that pubescence, it also seems to me P. bankii, but I have to check the keys.

It is similar to specimens I have from Hawaii.

The pronotal punctures are different, and there are not as many orange tufts on the elytra.

I do not know how much variation there is in this species.

In Hawaii was the morph iratus Pascoe introduced.

This might be the morph insularis Pascoe, which is characterized by the eyltra with yellow small spots.
I have got this species and morph from the Philippines, but I cannot check my specimens.
