This one is Pelossus apicalis (Fĺhraeus, 1872), probably junger synonym of Pelossus marleyi (Gilmour, 1954), both from Natal.
Martins (1980), who revised this genus, was uncertain concerning its validity.

The tribe is
Xystrocerini, according to me,
Methiini according to Martins (though the elytra are evidently long!)
Lygriini, according to Sama, since "it shows a peculiar type of metendosternite (not-Hylecoetoid metendosternite sensu Crowson, 1967), analogous to that of Nathrius Brčthes, 1916 and Gracilia Serville, 1834, very different from the Hylecoetoid metendosternite of the family Cerambycidae")
Maybe he wanted to transfer Lygrus, Nathrius and Gracilia out of Cerambycidae but he was afraid to exaggerate...

Thank you Francesco, many ways to look at placement.
