Yes, it looks like a Lamiinae, may be a Pteropliini ?

By using the Iconography of China, it might be Pterolophia (Hylobrothus) discalis Gressitt, 1951.

Indeed, confirmed with a better picture in LIN (2015). Album of type specimen...museum of China.
