According to Rondon & Gressit's Longorn Beetles of Laos, this should be a pair of Aphrodisium tricoloripes.
Coming from Northern Vietnam, Ha Giang Prov., near Ha Giang, 1500m, 10.05.2010. 33 and 36mm.

The specimen shown on Biolib looks somewhat different.
