You can compare with the type picture of Oplatocera maculata Pic 1946 also...

O. mitonoi is endemic from Taiwan (here), while I can add the type of O. oberthuri:

Yes the difference this situ on the thorax.
You have a unique spot for O. maculata and a point on each elytron.
