To be honnest I was not expecting it from sor far his distribution but here is a pair of glaucina from South RD Congo. that recalls the problem we discussed a long time ago about a specimen (unsolved) in between glaucina and lucia from Upemba and this pair demonstrate it is not glaucina or a local form of it. One can suppose glaucina occupies the all central African forest from Cameroun to at least southern RD Congo (and I caught a lucia from Tshopo). I mean RDCongo not RPCongo. 25 and 27 mm, making them the smallest Ochropyga I have. |
