Have you checked "Eight species of the genus Glenea Newman, 1842 from the Oriental Region, with description of three new species. LIN, 2009" ?

it could be a "morpha" , with second and third elytra spots joined ...
-> what colour are antennomere ? black ? red ? black and red ?

I think it's possibly Glenea subsimilis Gahan, 1897
