Rien d'incompréhensible il s'agit du genre Niphoparmena (Morimopsini)
Pour l'espèce vous dirai un peu plus tard (groupe complexe)

"Myczeinodes" - do you mean Mycerinodes Kolbe, 1894? I`m never seen such beetles.

Il s'agit bien du genre Niphoparmena mais par contre vu les similitudes entre les espèces je ne pourrai pas être précis sur l'espèce bien que j'ai une idée mais cela me semble peu probable !
