After reading the description, I think it's Priotyrannus (Chollides) hueti Drumont, 2008.

Yes, I can confirm this is a male of Priotyrranus (Chollides) hueti Drumont, 2008 which is easily recognisable by the hump on pronotum and long flabelled antennas.
The species is known from China (Yunnan) and North Vietnam.
