This is Demonax conspurcatus Holzschuh, 2009 notwithstanding But for that "Glieder 3–5 an der Spitze innen höchstens mit sehr winzigen Zähnchen, außen sind die Glieder 6–10 an der Spitze etwas eckig" you need to have good eyesight, good optics and a good imagination. And Courvoisier VSOP to come in handy |

Yes, it`s male. The aedeagus short and comparatively wide, with lower lobe acute and upper lobe thickened (but not rounded) apically. Thanks. It`s amazing beetle as Demonax, really. |
