Firstly, apologies for the terrible photo, but it was the best I managed!

Photographed near Mae Jo, Chiang Mai Province on 10 October 2014.
Can anyone id this for me, it seems to remind me somewhat of a Glenea sp.

I think it looks like Nupserha variabilis Gahan, please see the photo. but I also think it belongs to Paradystus or Stibara for your vague photo.
