Your specimen is very close to Mesosa (Aplocnemia) nigrofasciaticollis Breuning, 1968.
The type picture has got black mark on apex of the scape, but not on second joint.
My specimens here are just a little bit different, so I don't know...only variations ?

this sp distinctly differs from specimens. but I do not what it is.

Another close species here, but elytra's punctuation seems denser
