The photo is a bit dark though look can be Morimus inaequalis Waterhouse?

From WATERHOUSE Charles Owen, 1881.On some Indian Coleoptera, chiefly from Travancore.The Annals and Magazine of Natural History, London (5) 7 (42): 457-461.

It fits well for me, but I don't know if other species exist in this area.

Surely it isn't member of genus Morimus. Taxon should be transfered to other genus.

yes, maybe this taxon should be transfered to the genus Morimopsidius, are both spms really M. inaequalis, anybody has a type picture ?
