What about Pterolophia lunulata (Hintz, 1919)? |

Yes but lunulata is a synonym for dentifera, besides the photo immediately made me think of dentifera (a variety of color) but I was not at all sure! Photos are can be misleading .... |

They are similar indeed... P. lunulata comes out with the Breuning's, 1961 work. BioLib gives this as a true species. |

Good evening, I do not have picture of lunulata type and I did not know! However I noted in my file that it was possible that lunulata may be a good species and I should see the type, despite the synonymy Teocchi P had done in 1999 in the Bulletin of the Entomological Society of Mulhouse p 7-8 and that we give (???) in synonymy in 2010 Magellanes! But in my case I have not seen the species and I do not know if P Teocchi saw ?? It seems to me that lunulata Hintz (or perhaps that there are ex (syntypes) at the Museum of the Duché of Luxembourg (see Francesco) is a good species, but I will ask the type (or you can ask ?) to IRSNB where it should be. |

Thank you for your help, Jérôme. I have both forms from close localities. To show the difference I'll place some more photos (including side views) within a few days ... and there seem to be a need for a more careful reading of the key and descriptions.
I am not a museum staff member, so I cannot request types. |

Mais oui tu peux demander normalement il se trouve à l'IRSNB ou la coll Hintz se trouve en tous cas en grande partie . Il te faut demander à Alain Drumont
Bonne soirée
