I don't see if it's a kell or an area without hairs. What do you see ?
It's probably a Chlorophorus sp.

Th closer one I find is Chlorophorus tixieri (Pic, 1902); type picture here

This area present a line (groove) without hairs.

It's very similar to the species that you say!!
