Acalolepta bifasciata (Westwood, 1848) or A. bretschneideri Weigel, 2012 look at the blue toment at the elytral epipleura and the sides of the pronotum, I think its A. bifasciata because bretschneideri is more parallel shaped. Later I'll post the type picture in the type section
