With last part of antenna yellowish and black shoulders, it could be Xylotrechus imperfectus Chevrolat, 1863 like here.
It seems to be a variable species.

I add a picture from Laos fauna (Gressitt, 1970) of Xylotrechus imperfectus Chev.

- I'm no sure that Xylotrechus Salvazai Pic, 1928 (Type picture here) is a synonym as said in Titan database.

- I'm not so sure that this "X. imperfectus" from Laos is really the same than your species

- strange case of distribution (Borneo, Laos ??)

The Clytini in Borneo are sometimes impossible, but this does look like X. trinotatus.
I have two determined by Dauber a few years ago. Other species of Xylotrechus (from Sabah, determined by Dauber) which are the same color and similar size are consocious, discors, imperfectus, mehli & vagefasciatus. The patterns on the elytra are always a little different. Of course, there needs more study of this group.
