My specimens from Laos and Vietnam have got different white spots.

Your specimen seems close to Apomecyna histrio (Fabricius, 1793) but I'm afraid it is only one of species with similar pattern...

Here are the other specimens in my collection



the differentiating character for histrio and saltator are length of antennal segments, but how appropriate would that be to decide the species? i'm lost to decide on this...

your first spm is obvious different from the latter two spms. the first one may be Apomecyna histrio (Fabricius, 1793), I found a picture here;
the picture was also published in Weigel, A., Meng, L.-Z & Lin, M.-Y. (2013)

the latter two spms may be Apomecyna saltator , I found a picture here;
the picture was also published in Weigel, A., Meng, L.-Z & Lin, M.-Y. (2013)

besides, I found two pictures in Hua etal.(2009)
