Valid name is Chlorophorus viridulus Kano, 1933.
I have also a specimen like yours, full yellow green with no spot, but I don't know if the determination is ok.

Chlorophorus parvus and C. viridulus are not the same species.
According to Hayashi (1963, here), they are two well different species and he provided also differential characters.
Hua (2002) mentioned both species and The Iconography of Chinese Longicorn Beetles (Hua et al., 2009) figured both species.

This synonymy was only provided by the notorious book by Löbl & Smetana... I do not know on which basis...
Maybe the same occurred for Xylotrechus magnicollis and X. rufilius.

The transversely truncated elytral apices point out to C. parvus.

Gracias por las aclaraciones Francesco! a veces es bastante complicada la taxonomia, un montón de sinonimias, cambios de nombres, etc.
