Evidently, Acalolepta... difficult from this positions, but you have already inserted pictures of species like that. Possibly, Acalolepta rusticatrix. |

According to the features of elytra and scutellum, I think this is Acalolepta rusticatrix, too.
By the way, Kurt, did the beetle stay on the live tree or dead tree? |
