The photos were sent by a colleague, who said that some of my other colleagues were on the trip with him and have beetles for me.

So maybe I will have the specimen after all.

Phrissoma terricolum Thomson or P crispum if you have a best picture I could see better what kind it is

Hi Jérôme,

Is there any Phrissoma species known from the Western Cape ? I tought they were only in Kwazulu Natal/ Eastern Cape ?

Oui il y en a très certainement il me faudrait regarder dans ma biblio mais très certainement !
Par ailleurs ce sont des bêtes peu collectées ou plutôt rarement trouvées car discrètes et donc assez rares dans les collections.
J'ai les 3 Phrissoma sud africaines je regarderai les localités que j'ai et te les enverrai.
