Only to possible species in Vietnam, but I do not have description and type picture of Xenicotela bimaculata (Pic, 1925)

...it is very close to Monochamus binigricollis Breuning, 1965

thanks Xavier, yes is similar to M. binigricollis, the tomentation of the type is dirty and maybe therefore different.
