Head (including also vertex) and pronotum with dense punctation.
Apomecyna atomaria?

Regarding the individual picture, I would opt for more longipennis or parumpunctata that atomaria (A atomaria a marginal angle stretched and acuminate) But look more toward longipennis

There is a branching in the Breuning's key:
"39. Élytres plutot arrondis à l'apex" - arrives at A. longipennis.
"- Élytres tronquées à l'apex" - arrives at A. atomaria.

So, if you know that A. atomaria has much stronger truncated elytra tips, then yes, this is Apomecyna longipennis Thomson, 1858.
