There is next problem with interesting beetle It don`t like me as Pterolophia but small Niphona or something around From Thailand, Chantaburi prov., Khao Kitchakut, male, 13 mm.
This animal have a very peculiar hind tibia (hind only and on the upper surface only). I`m afraid this feature not so apparent on photo - it`s cavity (gutter-like on the base of tibia) without any pubescence. The spines on the fore coxa unordinary too.. Help, please
This character is an apomorphy that you can find in several genera of Pteropliini: Niphona, Prosoplus s. str. and subgenus Escharodes (both absurdly synonymised with Rhythiphora by Slipinsky)... and Pterolophia as well! Pterolophia seems to me the right genus.
