it seems to be Cereopsius aureomaculatus Breuning, 1968

I try for a better picture.
The elytral markings are in bands, not marks and are grey. The antennae are dark.

Not easy with your picture, but I am agree with Ben : possibly, Blepephaeus multinotatus (Pic, 1925)

Is the prosternum between the procoxae lower (as most Cerambycids) or as high as the coxae?

Seems to be Blepephaeus infelix (Pascoe, 1856).
It was discussed at the Forum earlier as well.
