It should be Cribragapanthia scutellata Pic, 1903.
Is the body darker than the picture ?
Has it got hairs under antennomera 1 to 4?

it's a Cribragapanthia sps because Cribrohammus has a small spine at the pronotal sides,
I cannot see any spines at Bill's picture, otherwise the antennomers I-IV are not strong hairy like in Cribragapanthia.

Cribragapanthia scutellata.
Cribrohammus does not show antennal pubescence.
