It seems to me an Enaretta-species (Apomecynini) - the legs are very characteristic - possibly, E. acaciarum Aurivillius, 1925 or E. conifera Aurivillius, 1922. I do not have the key to this genus but I can look for their decriptions.
No problems concerning the picture. The description of E. conifera was already in the digital library here (p. 21). I'd say that the provided features (pronotum plaga media subconica fusco-brunnea albocincta... elytra ad basis lineis ternis elevatis, suturam versus curvatis) perfectly correspond to this specimen. I have to look for the other species but I am quite sure that I have found the right ID.
