It seems to me that Lychrosimorphus has less large scapus, longer pronotum and not parallel sides elytra; this species could have been described in another genus (Pterolophia ?).
It is only my feeling...

Have you seen the type (female) picture of Paralychrosimorphus rondoni Breuning, 1965 from Bishop museum ?
Could your specimen be a male ...?

thanks Xavier, you are right the habitus is different from Lychrosimorphus, but P. rondoni is more far, I believe. Maybe this sps is described in the large, heterogenous genus Pterolophia, I don't know any sps with such antennae, the search is going on.
