I looked through Volume 12 of Cerambycidos Sul Americanos and could not find a photograph matching your specimen. I don't believe the genus Xylotrechus occurs in S. America. There are numerous genera in S. America which may be somewhat similar to Xylotrechus. I am not an expert in this region anyway. What is the length of your specimen? When you say it is from "Guyana", there is a country by that name and it is different from French Guiana. There are many undescribed species in S. America. Perhaps Larry B. can find a name for this beetle.
