Pfft ! I've several species of Blepephaeus from Philipinnes and on all males of these species the sixth antenna segment exceeds the body length. In addition, on your specimen the apex of antenna segment are little bulbous (not on blepephaeus genus).
For exemple: couple of B. mindanaonis

The closer species I have found is Annamanum fuscomaculatum Breuning, 1979. Picture type specimen available here.

...but I see differences for pronotum teeth and shape of scutellum. Pattern of elytra is similar.

it seems to be Blepephaeus stigmosus Gahan, 1894
