- Si on regarde ici et dans l'article de XIE, SHI, WANG, 2012, on s'aperçoit que les types et les étiquettes de Mimothestus atricornis Pu, 1999 et de Monochamus convexicollis Gressitt, 1942 ont été mélangées.. J'ignore qui fait une erreur (XIE & al., ou le photographe du musée chinois ?)
- Dans leur "article", XIE, SHI et WANG (2012) ne font aucune référence a Monochamus convexicollis Gress., espèce qui pourrait pourtant bien appartenir au même genre "Mimothestus" si on suit ces auteurs.
- quelle étrange affaire... |

According to me, the images of the sites are inverted.
I do not think that Gressitt could have described as Monochamus a species like that.
The type should come from Chekinag (Tienmu Shan)... I can't read the label. |

Tu as sans doute raison, aussi je rétablis le titre du post. Il manque quand même des étiquettes sur la photo de XIE & al. Pourquoi ??
Et comme tu l'écrivais, il faudrait chercher si Pic n'a pas déjà décrit cette espèce dans un autre genre. |
