Perhaps it's easier to determinate if we see lateral part of pronotum...

It seems to be Macrochenus or Pseudomacrochenus.

Both Macrochenus and Pseudomacrochenus shows a mesotiabial bulge.
I think it rather belongs to the genus Nanohammus, where males show an enlarged antennomere III .
For a long time, we have a similar unidentified species in BioLib (here)

I believe the BioLib's lamiine is Nanohammus grangeri Breuning.
Here our lamiine seems to be the same species.

Yes, I have already added this identification, but I am not sure.

Following Nanohammus, the Vietnamese N. annulicornis (Pic, 1934) is the only species with spined elytral apex, but I need exterminate the type...
