Ben,

There is a two part revision of Coleoxestia by Eya & Chemsak from 2005. Both of my pdf files are slightly under 15 MB. I can send to you if you need them. I think the keys are fairly good. If I recall, the species can usually be separated by the pronotal structure and other easily discernible features. C. sanguinipes is one of the most common species in that genus in that region which is similar to yours, but you must have a better view of the pronotum.
