It seems close to Obrium.
Is the first urite elongated?

It seems to me Nitidobrium zambiense Adlbauer, 2009.

After translating the text, it seems to match, except this one is dull and not shining on the pronotum and elytra.
It does have some scales on it, having been collected in a mosquito trap, so that may make it appear dull.

Yes, I had the same doubt. Otherwise it is a species new for Zambia or for Science.
