I think to Agelasta (Pseudagelasta) bifasciana White, 1858 and more precisely to the variation bisinuata Pic, 1937

Mesosa glabrofasciata v. bisinuata Pic, 1937 is synonym of Agelasta (Pseudagelasta) bifasciana White, 1858.
Type is here in website.
