Is this Jamesia globifera? Or a different species of Jamesia?

On globifera, elytral punctuation is more rough with bigger points and the third antenal joint is black punctuated. therefore it's a Jamesia sp or ssp..

Looks like Jamesia papulenta Thomson, 1868. It's rather common and widespread.

Ok it's not globifera from the description you give.
I think you are correct with Jamesia papulenta.
