I have a pdf of Breuning's 1966 revision of Asian-Australasian Agapanthiini with a key to the 85 species of Pothyne that were known at that time. The pdf is a little blurry and written in German. I can provide to you or anyone if interested however I think it will be a tremendous effort to use the key unless you can examine holotypes. ( "a photograph of a holotype is worth a thousand words")
