I just sent one of these to a colleague in Brazil for ID.
I will let you know what he says.
I thought it might me Desmiphorini.

Hi Larry, thanks for the quick response. So you have exactly the same species as this. To be honest I find the South American Lamiinae a bit of a headache compared to other regions.
