It is Hechinoschema vitalisi Pic, 1925.
I have the holotype picture from Smithsonian of Eshinoschema tonkinense Breuning, 1938 which is a synonym, and it fits perfectly.

I do not find this holotype picture on internet, neither in Smithsonian website, but I have it. I do not know if it is allowed to share that picture here.

they look like same species.
