A nice Pterolophia species from N-Vietnam (Sa Pa), 10.4 mm reminds me of P. fuscofasciata Breuning, 1938 (HT unfortunately, without fore body), but different in two small black bumps at the elytral base.

thanks Max, its a perfect match: Pterolophia nigrocincta Gahan, 1894
the synonymy should be proofed and the subgenus as well !
