Vietnam Tam Dao, 29.IV.1993

China, Yunnan, Mt Dayingshan, VI.2010

Hi all.
I am pretty sure this is Haplothrix rivulosus, but I have attached a specimen of one already in my collection.
The same species?

Thanks
Ben

The first one is Pseuduraecha punctiventris (Heller, 1926), here is the type, but I believe Pseuduraecha sulcaticeps Pic, 1925 is a senior synonym of Pseuduraecha punctiventris (Heller, 1926), type of Pseuduraecha sulcaticeps Pic, 1925 is here

How sulcaticeps Pic (1925) can be a junior synonym of 1926 name? Sulcatipes is older == senior, while younger == junior.

Correctly, Haplothrix rivulosa (Gahan, 1888).

Not all: you can find Haplothrix pulchra, beside Haplothrix pulcher.
Actually, the Greek word thrix has feminine gender; thus the specific epithets must agree.
