I believe its A. naevia Bates, 1873

Dear Loongfah, A. histrio is different with wider body and other white dots.

I think it is Apomecyna longicollis Pic, 1925 , even if this espies is unknown from Singapore.

Thanks Xavier. How to tell A. naevia and A.longicollis apart? Punctuation? Pronotum length?

As for distribution, A.longicollis has also been collected from Java and Sumatra (based on identification by Makihara, and a recent paper by Fahri et al 2016). I think the host plant is perhaps some widely cultivated cucumber-related plant. Mine is also collected from a former farmland.

Apomecyna naevia is from Japan.
We have holotype pictures of A. longicollis here, here and here.
