Today I got a picture from a colleague, he found this remarkable Chlorophorus in Germany, Thuringia.
I have no opinion, really sure no Asian species, I hope anybody can help

It is from the New World.
Probably Pirangoclytus amaryllis (Chevrolat, 1862).
