I don't see any Euporus from Madagascar in the catalogs.

This one has dull elytra, from Tananarivo.

It's not an Euporus. See the third antennal segment: very long = Phrosyne (monospecific genus).
Phrosyne brevicornis ssp. viridis Audinet-Serville, 1834.

With a little cleaning the colours would become brighter.
