Are you sure your specimen comes from Laos ? apparently, no Gnoma species in Laos.

Pour moi c'est bien Gnoma luzonica Erichson, 1834.
Mais la localité est fausse, il n'y a pas de Gnoma dans la région Indochinoise.

I have such location data. Can it be Trichognoma chinensis Breuning, 1956 (palearctic)?

I do not think, Trichognoma should be a taxon covered by hairs.
The locality is surely wrong.
