It is not Atrichocera laosensis Breuning, 1965 which has longer spines at elytral apex.
The picture of Iproca flavolineata Hayashi, 1971 is too bad in the Chineese iconography

I think it is Ropicosybra spinipennis Pic 1926. Described from Tonkin!
